Cultured epidermal autografts have been used in recent years, despite the difficulty of treating extensive burns. Appropriate wound management after cultured autograft device transfer is also necessary. Physicians must ensure appropriate administration by managing growth microorganisms and meticulously changing patients’ dressings. Moreover, requires a dry environment exposure to air engraftment. We provide better dressing using newly developed material Aquacel® Ag Advantage manage wounds. A 71-year-old man sustained burns on right upper extremity, left arm, face neck, chest, abdomen, anterior thighs, back.
